The most popular dish was undoubtedly the “Somtum”, better known to foreigners as the very spicy salad “Papaya Pok Pock”. The second and third most popular dishes were “Kanom Cheen Namya” rice noodles in fish and vegetable curry sauce and rice vermicelli with minced fish and red curry coconut milk. Water, juices, sweets and desserts were also distributed.
